The room we stayed in had a decent amount of space, and the décor was nice enough to not feel too dingy despite the issues. Conveniently located near various dining options and just a short walk to the beach.

The rooftop pool area is a disaster, resembling an abandoned site with closed bars and missing tiles—a genuine safety issue. The elevator is an accident waiting to happen, and the rooms show signs of neglect with chipped tiles and worn furnishings. The bathroom has persistent mould around the tub and faucets. The beds came with sheets that had visible stains, which isn’t acceptable for any hotel. A serious lack of upkeep dampens any potential enjoyment.

Great location, right next to Otop Market, which made it easy to explore local shops and eateries. I appreciated how clean and presentable the room was. The double glazed balcony doors helped block out a lot of outside noise, although it still got a bit loud at times. The breakfast options were limited, and I found it better to explore food choices in the area rather than add on breakfast through the hotel. Some downsides included a musty smell when I first entered my room, but that faded once I turned on the A/C. The rooftop pool left something to be desired. it looked rundown, and the bar was hardly open. a nice place to crash after a night out, but service could improve, especially regarding room amenities. Staff seemed reluctant to provide extra items, which was frustrating at times. If you're looking for a party vibe, this could be the spot for you.

The reception staff could really up their game. a simple 'hello' goes a long way. As for the pool area, it had potential, but with only four beds (one of which was broken) and no bar action, it was a missed opportunity for sunset cocktails.

My room was super spacious and comfy. The rooftop bar had the best cocktails—lekker chill spot! Staff were friendly, like, everyday they checked if I was cool. The closeness to markets made it easy to explore the local scene.

The location was excellent, just minutes from the beach and local markets. I enjoyed the spacious room, which allowed for comfort during my stay. The city view from the balcony was stunning and made evenings enjoyable. The rooftop area had promise, being a nice spot to unwind after exploring.
